Here is a really good lecture for everyone to see. A former defence attorney (James Duane) and a police officer (George Bruch) detail reasons not to talk to the police. While you may think you can talk your way out of anything, the police really want you to dig your own grave. Whether you deserve it (i.e. You’re a criminal) or not (i.e. You accidentally incriminate yourself due to a variety of reasons, even though you are innocent).
